**Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 dependant on experience**

**Who you’ll be working with**

As a Client Relationship Executive you will be working closely with our global operations and sales teams to enhance and optimize our client interactions.

**What you’ll be doing**

Your primary responsibility will be to foster and maintain strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs effectively. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and building trust-based relationships. Your key responsibilities will include,
- Handling sales enquiries that come into the business.
- You will be responsible for administrative tasks in the sales cycle - scheduling, note taking, and scope preparation and assisting with processing change requests from your assigned client accounts.
- Understanding the challenges customers are facing along with their business goals and working with them to develop plans and priorities around how our products and services can support them.
- Provide excellent cost justification by understanding the extent to which problems impact business priorities.
- Whilst in delivery, responsibilities will shift to maintaining visibility into account finances, client relations, change requests, account escalations, and ensure a smooth relationship as a point of contact.
- In a managed service environment, responsibilities include proactive monitoring the health of accounts, and aiming to extend our service offerings where appropriate.
- A drive for learning to thoroughly understand the software we develop, sell, support and maintain.
- Proactive in your work with the ability to work closely with other team members to win business.

**What you’ll need to be successful (Requirements)**
- A strong background in business administration, marketing, or a related field (A minimum of 3 years experience preferred).
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, such as customer service, account management, or sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Google Suite.
- Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and trends is a plus.

- Industry knowledge, Demonstrating expertise relevant to Codals’ target market
- Sales or business development experience with the skills to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and promote upselling or cross-selling initiatives.
- Account management experience with skills in strategic planning, relationship-building, and client satisfaction management.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service including effectively resolving potential escalations before they happen.
