Account Executive

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Insurance Account Executive to manage client relationships and cater to their individual insurance needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the insurance industry, coupled with outstanding sales abilities. This role is a hybrid role based in Lincoln.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and carers.
- Assess client needs and provide customized insurance solutions.
- Conduct thorough policy reviews and provide recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Cert CII qualification is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
