Pearson Carter are working with a Great company who are recruiting for a Client Relationship Executive, you will be working closely with our global operations and sales teams to enhance and optimize our client interactions, to foster and maintain strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs effectively.

**Responsibilities**
- Handling sales enquiries that come into the business.
- You will be responsible for administrative tasks in the sales cycle - scheduling, note taking, and scope preparation and assisting with processing change requests from your assigned client accounts.
- Understanding the challenges customers are facing along with their business goals and working with them to develop plans and priorities around how our products and services can support them.
- Provide excellent cost justification by understanding the extent to which problems impact business priorities.
- Whilst in delivery, responsibilities will shift to maintaining visibility into account finances, client relations, change requests, account escalations, and ensure a smooth relationship as a point of contact.
- In a managed service environment, responsibilities include proactive monitoring the health of accounts, and aiming to extend our service offerings where appropriate.

**Experience**:

- A strong background in business administration, marketing, or a related field (A minimum of 3 years experience preferred).
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, such as customer service, account management, or sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities, with a customer-centric mindset. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Google Suite.

**Salary**

My client is offering a salary of up to £32K, depending on experience, plus benefits.

**Location**

My client is offering hybrid working. They have an office in Lincoln and require 3 days a week in office.
