Regional Account Executive Grocery

At Red Bull, we're looking for a talented Regional Account Executive Grocery to drive sales and growth in our Central England region.
This role is a key part of our team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our grocery customers, including Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, and Co-Op Societies.
As a Regional Account Executive Grocery, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to increase availability and visibility of Red Bull products in-store
- Working closely with our field sales agency to align on store-level priorities and ensure compliance with national agreements
- Meeting with area managers, regional buyers, and multiple site owners to agree on joint business plans and sales drivers
- Tracking and reviewing sales performance and availability for all groups and stores
- Spending 70% of your time in-store, scoping opportunities, building contact matrices, and meeting with key stakeholders
You'll be a strong relationship-builder with excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills, able to utilize data to identify opportunities and drive commercial growth.
