Ground Shoring and Groundwork Sales Opportunity

At Mitchell Maguire, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director Ground Shoring and Groundwork to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the East Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase revenue and market share in the East Midlands region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, including Ground Shoring, Groundworkers, Concrete Frame Contractors, Construction, and Civil Engineering companies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tendering for contracts and developing new sales channels.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the Ground Shoring and Groundwork industry.
  • Strong understanding of the East Midlands market and its key players.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Remuneration: £40,000-£50,000 + £10,000-£15,000 commission.
