Job Title: Area Sales Manager for Ground Shoring and Groundwork

Job Summary:
Mitchell Maguire is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team and lead the sales efforts for ground shoring and groundwork products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales, preferably in the construction industry, and be able to develop and maintain relationships with groundworkers and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Field sales position selling ground shoring products, including trench boxes, manhole boxes, and pipe lifter
• Opportunity to sell formwork and falsework after 6 months
• Responsible for growing the area and developing new business opportunities
• 80% new business development within own contacts and 20% account development targeting existing clients

Requirements:
• Preferably with ground shoring, temporary works, or civil engineering field sales experience
• Knowledge of formwork and falsework may be beneficial
• Proven territory management skills and field sales track record
• Empathetic, energetic, drive, passion, and enthusiastic individual
