A fantastic Apprenticeship opportunity has arisen in Entrust Education Finance Services for a Finance & Bacs Administrator Apprentice to join their friendly and well-regarded team who provide support and advice to Schools, Academies, Local Authorities, and others in the Education Service.

**Job title**:
School Bacs Finance Apprentice

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Working with schools and academies to support them with financial transactions
- Dealing with post, expenses, phone messages and other administrative requirements for the team
- Undertaking further duties as required by senior accountant within reason and commensurate with your role
- Completing new supplier set up for academies on a manager service contract including verification checks and new user access
- Processing Bacs files on behalf of our clients
- Setting up new Bacs clients and providing support
- Providing administrative support to the Head of Service and Senior Accountant

**What we’re looking for**:

- 5 GCSE’s including English and Math’s
- Good interpersonal skills, time management, organisation, planning and written and verbal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience of Finance systems would be desirable but not essential
- Willingness to learn new skills and adaptable to constant change
- Good attention to detail
