**We are currently recruiting for an Infrastructure Sales Team Apprentice to join our team at our Northwich Factory.**
- ** Location: - 10 minute drive from Hartford, Greenbank and Northwich station.**
- **15 minute drive from M56 Junction 10.**
- **_ This Apprenticeship takes 18 months to complete - gaining a level 3 apprenticeship as a customer service specialist._**:

- **_ An annual starting salary of £18,000 increasing to £24,500 on successful completion of the apprenticeship._**:

- **_ This programme offers you the chance to train for a highly skilled role, gain a nationally recognised qualification and be paid while you learn_**:

- **_ Upon completion of the programme, you will have attained the skills and knowledge to start your career with Ibstock Group as part of the Infrastructure Sales Team_**_ _**_within our Northwich team._**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing a “best in class” customer experience, ensuring that all Infrastructure Sales enquiries are owned through to completion.
- Promptly identifying and assessing customer needs to ensure that incoming enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner and achieve satisfaction.
- Ensuring orders, sales enquiries and quotations are processed efficiently (checking names/addresses, pricing, discounts, product codes and haulage availability / transport requirements, alongside clear quotation numbers, order quantities etc.)
- Operating as part of a knowledgeable Infrastructure Sales Team, developing skills, experience and understanding of the full “Anderton” / Infrastructure Sales offering and product range, and sharing experiences for the benefit of the entire Infrastructure team.
- Collaborating with the Sales Managers and Infrastructure Business Development Manager in order to pass on customer feedback, exchange information and/or resolve enquiries and issues.
- Delivering soft sales support, working with the Sales Manager and Infrastructure Business Development Manager to promote stocks and sales opportunities to customers, anticipating needs and maintaining positive relationships
- Working closely with the Technical managers to get an understanding of how to read BIM & CAD drawings to offer estimates on products.

**Essential requirements**:

- Practical and willing to be hands-on, with drive and passion to gain real-life experience with a market leading manufacturer.
- GCSE’s grade 4-9 in English and Maths
- Communication Skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Customer care and Administrative Skills.
- Team player.
- Can-do / Willing attitude.
- Problem Solving and Decision making
