**Job Title**: Graduate Sage Support Consultant
- **Location**: Northwich (remote working)
- **Salary**:£18,000 - £20,000 per annum based on experience
- **Job Type**: Full Time, Permanent

Urban Empire Recruitment has partnered with a company that specialises in implementing accounting systems on Cloud Infrastructure. We're looking for a graduate who’d like to turn their knowledge of accounts into systems-based direction.

You’ll be put on a training course to learn your trade and work closely with other consultants in a structured graduate scheme.

You’ll be reporting to the Operations Director who’ll set out clear goals and objectives and work with you to deliver the best service to your clients. It’s a challenging and fast-paced environment that offers a career not just a job with fantastic progression opportunities.

**Professional / Personal Skills & Expertise**:

- Work with the sales team to provide a technical resource to the sales process, including joining calls and performing demos.
- Gathering system requirements through a scoping process with clients
- Creating scope of work documents and pricing the project accordingly
- Define the project plan and create a solution definition document to outline the project.
- Ensure the project plan in the project management software is accurate.
- Work with clients of all levels throughout the business, being able to discuss the project at different levels depending on the client’s role within the business.
- Troubleshoot issues during and after the project and provide timely and effective resolutions.
- Set clear and concise objectives with colleagues and clients and work towards them with a methodical and collaborative approach.
- Be mindful of the customer experience as well as the budget of the project.
- Travel to head office when required as well as client sites
- Work to current process whilst continually looking for ways to improve both the general processes and my individual methodologies
- Effectively prioritise workload depending on business needs.
- Help test the system by using tests scripts and writing test scripts for custom functionality.
- Deliver training to clients throughout and upon completion of the project.
- Create a handover document of the project to outline important information, including Custom Functionality, Terminology changes, Issues encountered with fixes, Approval matrix, Custom user permissions.

**Salary**: £18,000.00 per year
