In this role, you will have a positive attitude, be helpful and enterprising, by
- Collaborating with your manager and team to build further customer and industry intelligence
- Using social media channels to identify business opportunities
- Developing new innovative ideas for identifying potential customers
- Work with existing customer to establish and identify new and improved solutions
- Contribute and share process improvements

**The Apprentice Role**

During this experience, you'll be part of a wide apprentice community; spanning across the nation, and across a variety of business teams. You'll also have access to a broader group of people that will support you throughout to develop both personally & professionally.

As an apprentice, year one will be primarily focused on understanding the company and gaining the skills needed to do the job. Then you'll progressively transition into the Business Development Associate role while continuing with your sales apprenticeship.

These are some of the first-year activities you'll be part of:

- Learning your customer portfolio and be comfortable discussing it
- Get a 360 degree view of how large matrixed organisations run
- Support fellow Business Developers by creating investigative reports
- Conduct research into new business opportunities
- Gain industry knowledge to develop a point of view for customers
- Learn & develop skills that help you build and maintain customer relationships

**Eligibility**
- Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom and been a resident in the UK/EU for at least 3 years
