**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity to join our international operations, known as Britvic Teisseire International, as our **International Customer Service Executive**

Britvic Teisseire International has become the commercial centre for our international operations, with offices in the Netherland, US, Singapore and the UAE.

Britvic Teisseire International utilises the production expertise, operational capabilities and spirit of innovation that Britvic offers to identify new opportunities in exciting markets, while also developing specific products and formulations in line with local market trends.

As our **International Customer Services Executive,** you will be at the forefront of our customer service operations, offering our customers support, guidance and advice in the most efficient way.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all customer order queries are met in the most effective and friendly way possible, maintaining strong relationships with both customers and stakeholders leaving our customer delighted with the service received, and providing a clear internal view of order status at all times.

This role presents an excellent opportunity to utilise your strong administrative and customer service skills, offering a blend of remote work and bi-monthly in-office presence at our Hemel Hempstead location. Additionally, as our international customer services executive, you will have the flexibility and autonomy to manage your diary, along with the collaboration of participating in regular team meetings on a weekly and monthly basis.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute the order to invoice process for nominated customers, utilising support functions where appropriate and engaging effectively with 3rd party logistics service providers, to ensure fulfilment of orders, within budget and meeting agreed customer service targets.
- Ensure that all necessary export documentation is created and distributed in a timely manner and ensure the accuracy of the data contained within it. Provide product information as required to fulfil customer requests.
- Identify any requirement for product modification and ensure this is planned as necessary enabling timely despatch of goods suitable for their destination market.
- Working closely with customers and in partnership with stakeholders (e.g. commercial managers, regulatory teams etc.), maintain a thorough understanding of the requirements of your specified market(s) to ensure we understand the optimum supply chain solution in each case, taking into account local regulatory requirements, environmental sustainability and cost optimisation.
- Provide a timely, accurate and detailed response to all external customer queries, gathering data as required from internal or external stakeholders or functions.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required**
- Experience in customer service/admin within an FMCG, Logistics or Supply Chain is ideal.
- A systematic and disciplined approach to managing workload is essential.
- Experience of International Logistics - especially in the field of customer service is desirable
- Proficiency in English, is essential.

Working knowledge of SAP is desirable, but not mandatory

You may be currently working in Customer Services, Customer Operations, Customer/Business Admininistration or Co-ordination. You may be currently working or have experience across Logistics, Transportation, or FMCG industries, although this is not essential.
