**Hours of Work**: 21 hours per week over 3 days (19 hours during 4 day working week trial which is operating until August 2023)

**About Lendology**:Lendology CIC is an established Social Enterprise lender, working in partnership with councils across the UK. We provided finance to a wide range of homeowners for home repairs, improvements, and energy efficiency improvements. We believe that every homeowner should be able to live in a home where they can feel safe, warm, and secure and for many, access to affordable lending is key to making that happen.

As a Social Enterprise, we are driven to deliver social impact as opposed to profit. Unlike other lenders, we assess everyone based on their unique financial circumstances. This means that our lending decisions are made by people, for people.

We are currently trialling a four day working week, working 8.30am to 5pm either Mon-Thurs or Tues-Friday. The trial runs until August 2023 and if not implemented permanently, working hours revert to Monday-Thursday 8.30am to 4.30pm and Fridays 8.30am to 3pm. We can discuss the trial in more detail at interview.

**Job Purpose**

This is a pivotal role within the organisation to provide strong HR, compliance and reporting support to our Senior Management Team. As a growing team with ambitious expansion plans across the next 3 years, developing a resilient workforce and attracting and retaining talent is key and this role will ensure our success. As our lending and partners increases, as do the requirements of our reporting and compliance monitoring.

This role will develop streamlined and effective processes and systems to ensure accurate reporting to our regulators, our Board of Directors, our team and our partners.

**Key Work Roles**
- Review and monitor all HR processes, including but not limited to: Induction of new team members, ordering of new equipment and arranging licenses, contracts, monitoring of HR paperwork has been properly recorded (such as appraisal forms and JDs) and holiday management
- HR data destruction - deleting, shredding etc in line with data retention policies
- Maintain and report on a robust and timely compliance monitoring programme, highlighting to the Senior Management Team where audit gaps exist and work alongside them to close. Support audits with copies of information as requested.
- Audit and approve financial communications and promotions - Non-conformance investigation and root cause analysis
- Record minutes of Management, Board and Partner meetings
- Maintenance of the Senior Managers Certification Regime with the support of the Commercial & Finance Director
- FCA Reporting and Register Details management (financial reporting to be supplied for submission)
- Pleo expenses management - ensuring sign off limits are maintained and cards managed appropriately
- Monitoring FCA updates and legislative updates and informing management
- Support with annual anti money laundering report and review
- Advocate employee benefits through current research and create an annual employment review and benefit statement
- Manage and report on employee engagement surveys - internal and external
- Support with team training and development plans (internal and external)
- Insurance renewals, ensuring appropriate cover in agreement with the Senior Management Team
- Annual risk management register review
- Provide Payroll and Drawdown cover to Finance Team
- Legal research for new business opportunities
