Are you free for immediate work for the next two month and have experience from having worked in an administrative position.

A new temporary role has become available working for a charity to support the fundraising and training managers with admin support.

This role will be for 8 weeks, working Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week.

Paying £12.30 per an hour, this position can be worked fully remotely. You will need to be living in the UK, for us to check right to work.

**Key Duties to include**:

- Dealing with enquiries in relation to training and booking and issuing licenses to delegates on to the relevant training.
- Issuing certificates to delegates on completion of training.
- Supporting delegates to access training and resources.
- Assisting customer training managers by providing training updates and regular support at meetings.
- Maintain online documentation / SharePoint.
- Book meeting premises/rooms as required for meetings or training events.
- Assist the Fundraising and Training team with conferences and trade show booking and planning.
- Assist with planning and organising external customer/donor events.
- Attend and support trade show and conferences.
- Complete/support with Safer Gambling Training as and when required.
- Assisting the Fundraising and Safer Gambling Training manager with donor stewardship including, adding new donors to CRM, issuing certificates of appreciations, sending out newsletters.
- Ensure records are maintained in accordance with GDPR/data protection legislation.
- Uploading information to our CRM system, ensuring all information is up to date, and entered accurately.

**Requirements**:

- 2 + years previous experience in an office-based admin/ education setting
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Excellent I.T. skills, specifically Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills plus ability to multi-task and work to deadlines within a busy environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as working on own initiative. Be self-motivated and progress own work at pace.
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Confident in dealing with difficult conversations and complex situations.
- Capable of working with confidential information and maintaining its security.
- Process driven, attentive to detail, and with a keen eye for improvement to support productivity.
- Professional and positive manner and approachable.
