Key Worker Compliance administrator, HMP Parc, Full time, Permanent
**Your new company**
HMP & YOI Parc accommodates 1038 convicted male adult prisoners and remand/ convicted young offenders and young people in a secure but modern environment.
**Your new role**
As a Key worker compliance administrator you will be required to report to OMiC Managers to ensure that all tasks relating to Key Worker scheme are carried out promptly and accurately. To assist the OMiC Managers with the implementation of the Key Worker Schemeby carrying out the following tasks:

- To maintain an allocation database for all prisoners, ensuring each one is allocated to a Key Worker within the first seven working days of admission
- To maintain an allocation database for all Key Workers, ensuring that they maintain a caseload of at least eight prisoners at all times monitoring transfers, discharges and receptions
- To maintain a database of quality assurance checks that are carried out for the month, ensuring that the required topics are discussed during the monthly sessions and that the quality of entries is of the required standard
- To act as a point of contact for NOMIs (DPS)
- To work jointly with the HMPPS Controllers where required for monitoring purposes
- To ensure the relevant information is available for the monitoring requirements for HMPPS
- To be knowledgeable about Offender Management processes in order to assist Key Workers in signposting prisoners to relevant services and interventions
- To work with the Compliance Manager to implement any action plans arising from internal and external audits or inspections in a timely manner
- To ensure Health and Safety requirements are met and monitored, including adherence to policies relevant to the safety and security of prisoners, staff and visitors
- To perform promptly any other duty as deemed appropriate by the Head of Function or Compliance Manager.

Monday to Friday, full time, 40 hrs per week.
