The Administration Assistant will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of administrative duties and the provision of administrative support to the multidisciplinary team. Duties will include, but are not limited to, supporting the Senior Management team in the planning, maintaining and monitoring of the appointment book. Monitoring stock levels and ordering appropriately. Supporting the Educational lead and GP trainers to ensure appropriate induction, work plans and sessions setups for any Trainees working with the practice.

To support staff with the distribution of information, messages and enquiries for the practice team. Liaising with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies such as secondary care and community service providers as required.
