**The Position**

**Key responsibilities**
- Answer incoming phone calls via reception or internal departments
- Order stationery, supplies and manage stock levels
- Raise purchase orders for the JUK Site
- Assist in resolving customer issues
- Meet & Greet customers/visitors for site visits
- Data upload
- Data cleansing & migration
- Any other administration tasks as necessary to support the internal sales teams
- Work towards the James Walker values in day to day activities
- Assist and support colleagues when required

**Experience/Qualifications**:

- 2 years+ in a Administration role
- 3 years+ in a Customer Service environment
- Suitable qualification is Business or Administration studies (preferred)
- Suitable qualification in Customer Service (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
