I am delighted to present you with a fantastic opportunity for one of my reputable clients. They are looking for 2 Service Desk Operator to join their expanding team in Birmingham

You will be responsible for assisting the team to monitor local service delivery and ensure all customers (internal and external) receive the contracted services.

You will also monitor Supplier performance as required.

**Your key duties and responsibilities will include**:
? Assist with incoming calls for our Head Office, answering calls and directing queries as appropriate.

? Assist the team to monitor service delivery to site based customers

? Assist the team to achieve at least 80% resolution of reactive and planned work orders within the agreed SLA timescales

? Be aware of Health and Safety responsibilities insofar as they relate to Facilities/Property Services, particularly in the absence and reporting as required.

? To assist in the maintenance of and ensure that the management database accurately reflects compliance within managed sites.

? To assist with the implementation of appropriate training programs and site based staff

**Your skills and Experience will include**:
? Strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating at various levels

? Effective PC skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft and Google packages

? Proactive, flexible attitude to changes in IT systems and the SD role / operations

? Fast and accurate typing skills

? Good telephone manner

? Able to actively build and develop relationships internally and externally

? Committed and focussed

? Positively work towards improvement

? Customer Service experience

? Pleasant and confident telephone manner
