**Job description**:
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be supporting either the Talent Acquisition Operations team or the Recruitment Delivery Team. The operations team provide supplier management, forecasting and financial approvals, process auditing, management information and reporting. The delivery team manage the recruitment life cycle.

***You’ll be entrusted with ensuring a high-quality service is delivered by using your ability to collaborate with others, provide suggestions for resolution to problems and to deliver a range of time-sensitive outputs. Your outstanding eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills will play a vital part in this role.

**About the role**
Responsibilities as a Talent Acquisition coordinator may include:

- Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with a variety of administrative based activities.
- Professionally engaging with 3rd party suppliers and internal teams, such as, our Contracting, Purchasing & Finance teams, and recruitment stakeholders.
- Supporting routine audits and carrying out data quality checks to ensure that ATS data is complete and reliable.
- Supporting the delivery of external recruitment campaigns, from posting adverts on a range of platforms, co-ordinating interview schedules to creating interview packs allowing us to maintain the recruitment plans.
- Keeping one step ahead of activities to proactively prevent issues arising and ensure results are achieved.
- Contributing to locally produced guidance, including drafting desk instructions and illustrative step by step guides to assist with routine recruitment tasks.

**Person specification**:

- Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, evidencing high attention to detail.
- Professional written communication skills, and experience of drafting formal correspondence and instructions.
- Analytical skills with the ability to spot trends/errors in data.
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office platform, specifically MS PowerPoint and Excel (to the level of, formulas, conditional formatting, and pivot tables).
