**About the role**

Our Talent Team follows the entire employee lifecycle, from attraction, hiring and onboarding to their journey as an employee, how they learn, develop and progress.

This is an exciting time for you to join, you'll work on a wide variety of roles across technical and non-technical departments (Software, Silicon, Product, Graduates, Marketing) as well as a variety of different projects and help to shape and develop our future Talent Acquisition strategy.

In this role you'll:

- Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and create a hiring strategy to support
- Utilise & maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring timely & accurate updates at all stages of the recruitment process
- Measure, monitor and manage the recruitment processes from end-to-end
- Adopt a data driven and evidence-based approach to delivery underpinned by a commitment to diversity and inclusion
- Work in a small and collaborative team, passionate about knowledge sharing and upskilling
- Coordinate selection and assessment centres for early talent
- Support wider Talent Team projects and activities

**About you**
- 2+ years' experience in recruiting for technical roles
- Ability to take a consultative approach to supporting managers through the hiring process
- Analytical and able to interpret recruitment data & make recommendations based on results
- A good understanding of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, how to mitigate bias in the recruitment process and encourage more diverse hiring across the business
- Experience of using & maintaining ATS systems (we use Greenhouse)
- Knowledge of recruitment best practice, process, policy, and awareness of the appropriate legislation
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively prioritise and manage own workload
- Ability to work collaboratively on projects
- Great communication skills both written and in-person
- Ability to come into the office 1-2 days per week
