As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you**'**ll partner with key stakeholders across the organisation to understand their hiring needs while designing and delivering recruitment campaigns to attract and select talented individuals that reflect the company**'**s values.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Act as an ambassador of our employer brand
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies that attract top talent across various channels, including job boards and social media platforms.
- Support the business**'**DEIB and Wellbeing strategy, including development, recommendations and implementation of DEIB recruitment best practice
- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with managing relationships with external recruitment agencies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and share your knowledge with the wider team
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular reports on key metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
- Conduct audits to ensure Hiring Managers are following a fair and compliant recruitment process
- Leading Talent Acquisition project based activities

**What We're Looking for in You**
- Experience in delivering a high-volume recruitment process
- Deep understanding of current recruiting trends and best practices, including sourcing techniques, employer branding, and diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Excellent communication skills including the proven ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple competing priorities and deliver results within tight timelines
- Ability to think outside the box and come up with new and effective ways to attract top talent
- Ability to work at pace whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Possesses and promotes a positive and collaborative attitude
- IT capabilities within MS Office (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel), internet searching and the capacity to swiftly pick up bespoke IT systems and tools
- Understanding of data protection legislation and experience of developing and maintaining a team environment where personal data is kept protected, confidential and secure
