Working closely with members of the primary care development team produce and maintain all the project and programme documentation Develop and implement project data collection systems that will provide accurate and timely data. Coordinate the events, meetings and actions required by the programmes. Engage with key stakeholders and staff to ensure all plans, actions and risk logs are kept up to date. Deliver weekly highlight reports to keep programme delivery on track.

Co-ordinate the compilation of key assurance reports and returns to NHS England, tracking progress and ensuring that deadlines for submission are met Management of discrete projects within the access, resilience and quality support programme for general practices. Including management of discrete projects with individual practices. Carry out timely and accurate information analysis and reporting on agreed areas of portfolio and present findings in an agreed manner. Ensure interdependencies are identified, monitored and managed.

Actively supports and contributes to the development of key performance indicators for the successful assessment of performance. Communicate information and issues, including briefings and reports as necessary to agreed audience. Work closely with business intelligence colleagues to undertake information and project analysis in line with the requirements of the programme. Undertake the configuration librarian function and develop systems that ensure all project and programme documentation is shared and accessible across the programmes.

Maintain constructive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to enable the successful delivery of the programme/project including with GP practices across BNSSG Participate in relevant internal and external working groups/projects to provide information/analyst advice and support and to maintain data collection systems for its effective use by the team. Support and inform the requirement and targeting of resources, monitoring, implementing and evaluating jobs and delivery of financial recovery/savings plans by providing high quality information and analysis. Undertake auditing of projects, services, initiatives. Carry out web based and publications research.

Organise meetings or events and assist in the diary management requirements of individuals in connection with portfolio of work. Support agenda planning and minute taking of key programme meetings as required Propose changes to own projects and make recommendations for more effective delivery. Use a range of software to present key project information in a range of formats including but not limited to graphs, presentations, structure charts, excel spreadsheets
