**Responsibilities**:
Identifying labour shortages within the business.

Creating and posting job adverts.

All pre-employment checks.

Skills and Qualities

Good communication skills

Competent with Microsoft Packages - especially Excel

Great at managing administrative duties
Being amicable and respectful.

Multitasking

Self-motivated and efficient

Works well in a fast-paced environment.

**Experience**:
Previous experience in a similar role within a recruitment or HR environment would be advantageous.

£24,000+ DOE

Bonus scheme

34 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays.
