The Recruitment Administrator will work closely with the Recruitment team to provide an efficient recruitment service to the business. Required to provide full administration support for the team, and will learn all aspects of the recruitment process from role receipt to close out for contract and permanent positions which will include the full contractual, administration and payroll and invoice close out functions.

The role would suit a motivated administrator with a high degree of attention to detail and/or a keen interest in working in Recruitment

**Duties**:

- Posting jobs on relevant websites and uploading jobs on to third party websites
- Maintaining a tracker spreadsheet of all advertised post and updating social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter etc.
- Contractor record management - Ensure all records on file for existing contractor are in date and maintained
- Formatting and issuance of contractor assignment documentations
- Support the team in resourcing live vacancies
- Perform eligibility, certification and reference checking processes
- Co-ordinate interview and meeting schedules
- Support payroll team with the collation and input of timesheets to ensure prompt and accurate payroll function is maintained

**Desired Qualities / Qualifications**:

- Previous administration and customer service experience with the ability to multitask
- Fully conversant with the use of Microsoft Office i.e.: word, excel, outlook
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work on own initiative and also as part of a team.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Proactive with a desire to progress
- Self motivated
- Confident dealing with people over the phone and face to face
- Respectful of confidentiality.
