Customer Service Administrator

**The Role**
Working for a leading outdoor accessories brand you will be handling contacts from customers and dealing with their enquiries through to resolution. Working as part of a team within a fast paced, dynamic environment, you will deliver exceptional customer service in a proactive manner through taking the time to understand the needs of each customer.
**Responsibilities/Duties will include;**
Responding to customer feedback received via the company website and social media channels
Logging and updating relevant customer related information, in a timely and accurate manner
Investigating and resolving delivery issues
Processing of telephone orders
Assisting in the processing of returns
Any other reasonable duties which may be required by the Consumer Operations Department

Competent with Microsoft Packages
A confident phone manner
**Desirable Skills/Experience;**
Previous experience working within a Customer Service/Ecommerce environment
NVQ in Customer Service
Experience in using a Customer Service Ticketing System
Experience in working within a Shopify platform
Full Time - 38.75 hrs per week
This will usually be Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm (3/4 hr unpaid lunch per day) but some flexibility is expected during busy times.
During peak trading (Nov-Jan) some weekend work may be required

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
