Customer Service and Credit Control Assistant.

Norfolk Term Time only.

Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm. 30 hours per week.

Occasionally you may be requested to work additional hours during school holidays, but the Company will give you as much notice as possible when this will be required.

MAIN DUTIES.

Customer Services:

- To be a principle point of contact for customers wishing to place orders for Haven Books catalogue portfolio and process catalogue orders.
- To sell brands in order to develop order size.
- To liaise with customers on out of stock and delivery issues.
- To deal with other inbound customer queries in a professional and confident way, this will include processing requests for copy invoices and processing returns for telesales.
- To liaise with external agents on stock availability and order queries.
- To liaise with schools and agents to arrange mutually convenient appointments following an inbound request.
- To answer and deal with webchat incoming calls.

Orders: Haven
- Process catalogue orders, this includes trade customers
- Process pro-formas and follow up quotations when necessary.
- Process overseas carriage quotes.
- Process returns, collections, out of stock.
- Process telesales invoices for despatch including carrier labels.

Credit Control:

- Take ownership of Telesales accounts, chasing all outstanding debt and ensuring customers pay or return goods promptly.
- Assist customers in locating missing parcels by providing PODs, includes liaising with warehouse for missing goods.
- Assist customers in arranging collection of goods to be returned.
- Ensure Telesales debt closed within 90 days.
- Take payments over the phone.
- Liaise with Finance & Commercial Manager regarding any bad debt or debt write off.
- Send copy invoices and product information to customers when required.
- Any other administrative and accounts duties as and when required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
