We are looking to recruit a vibrant, enthusiastic, and motivated Sales Administrator to provide efficient support to our Customers and Sales Team.

You need to be a dynamic individual who is willing to learn all aspects of the business to support as and when required.

We are a family owned business, founded in 1981 and have established ourselves as a leading manufacturer and distributor of BBQ and winter fuels, including restaurant grade charcoal, delivering our products nationwide and internationally.

We have two sites, the Head Office which is based in London with our Distribution Site in Norfolk. We have a total head count of circa 100 people, this role will be office based in Stoke Ferry, Norfolk (PE33 9TE)

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for preparing sales documents, inputting payments and orders onto the Sales and Accounting

system and maintaining client records.
- Understanding the processing of export orders for outside UK, freight terms etc - training will be given.
- Responding to customer complaints in a prompt and efficient manner, reporting feedback to the Sales Manager
- Assisting the credit controller, ensuring that no orders get processed for customers who are over their credit limit

and chasing overdue invoices when required
- Understanding and complying with all relevant company rules, agreements, policies and procedures.
- Communicating with haulage companies and couriers regarding deliveries

Qualifications - desirable
