Receptionist/administration Assistant/hearing

Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Greet and assist visitors to the WNDA Centre in a professional and friendly manner
- Deliver our exemplary hearing support service to people who use NHS hearing aids
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, and filing as required
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Experience:
- Flexible, approachable with good communication skills
- Proficient in data entry, clerical, and administrative tasks
- Experience with Xero or similar accounting software
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with computerised systems for administration
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
This position offers a practical opportunity to significantly contribute to the work of WNDA in improving the lives of deaf people. You will be working in a small and supportive team, with opportunities to develop your skills, and where your contribution will be appreciated

Pay: £11.41 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week

**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
