**Job description**

Ensuring all office administration is kept up to date and filed correctly. The role requires excellent communication skills both written and verbally.

Experience with Sage and live excel spreadsheets would be useful but not essential as training will be given.

Ability and willingness to work as part of an efficient team as well as the ability to work on own initiative

Answer all phone calls and take appropriate action and ensure all relevant information is taken and passed over to the appropriate colleague.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week

**Salary**: £9.50-£12.00 per hour
