**Job summary**:

- Summary
- Integrated in London CLF’s team under Head of CLF London responsibility, the COO CLF London main missions will be:
- Monitor and report CLF activities and achievements in London/UK
- Enhance internal communication of CLF UK
- Assist CLF London teams including origination, portfolio management, expense monitoring and reporting
- Assist Head of CLF London on presentations, communication and strategy for the platform
- Ensure all audit, compliance and regulatory requirements are current and adhered to
- Assist locally on project including Loanscape project, upcoming renovation, etc.
- Be the Operational Risk Representative of CLF in the UK
- Assist on ad-hoc basis CLF COO in transverse projects at HO level / globally
- Key responsibilities- Monitor CLF UK loan portfolio in terms of NBI, RWA, Liquidity and Profitability in Liaison with the CLF COO team in Paris. Develop and enhance portfolio management skills and expertise in the UK.
- Build NBI, RWA and Liquidity forecast and budget (incl. PMTs and CSPs) on CLF UK portfolio with FIN local and participate in the HO global forecasts for CLF.
- Coordinate with COO - DOD to ensure seamless and coordinated reporting of all underwritings, etc.
- Work with Head of CLF UK on various reporting and presentations
- Assist UK CLF Origination teams on punctual task.
- To represent CLF UK in all transversal projects of CACIB UK vis-à-vis other CA-CIB’s department (local Middle Office, Coverage, FIN, RPC );- Enhance CLF’s communication in the UK and help to promote the London CLF teams in CA-CIB worldwide, notably through the promotion of Client Live usage.
- Promotes Innovation, and as such is the CLF Innovation correspondent in London reporting to the Innovation team in CLF COO’s team in Paris.
- Take on local London Projects on behalf of CLF when needed and as such becomes the “Filiere Projet correspondent” for CLF in the UK, including upcoming office renovation project.
- Work with Head of CLF - London as needed on recruitment and staffing, monitoring of expenses and budget setting
- Working with local audit, regulatory and compliance to ensure all requirements are met in a timely and accurate basis;
- To act as General secretary for CLF London to ensure the maintenance of org charts, updating and filing of applicable procedures, powers of attorneys, professional licenses, etc.
- To manage CLF UK logistics and IT systems, including allocation of office space, access of individual team members to the bank’s systems and external databases, maintenance of filing and common drives, etc.- Work with CLF COO and Head of CLF London to help integrate the platform and develop the mandate for EMEA growth and optimize the delivery of origination

- Experience in finance industry, experience in Finance department / Risk department, first experience in Front Office

DESIRABLE:

- Experience / working knowledge of syndicated finance and high yield bonds
- Portfolio experience / knowledge

**Required skills**:

- ESSENTIAL:

- Proficient in Excel, Power Point and Access

DESIRBALE:

- Knowledge of loan booking systems and accounting

**Technical skills required**:

- ESSSENTIAL:

- Ability to work within a multicultural and transversal environment, and in project teams.
- Precision and diligence, sense of priorities, responsiveness, autonomy and pro-activity. Good analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of syndicated loan products.

DESIRABLE:

- Familiarity / experience in working in a regulated jurisdiction
- Knowledge / familiarity with UK regulatory framework
