We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Associate, UK Client Onboarding

**Key Responsibilities**
- To deal with client enquiries in respect of the creation of new UK and offshore companies and to ensure that all new enquiries are dealt with promptly and are entered onto the CRM system as appropriate, working with the Assistant Manager or Senior Manager where necessary;
- To handle enquiries promptly, courteously and informatively;
- To prioritise daily workload to ensure clients deadlines are met;
- To support the processing of new UK incorporations and ensure that customers receive the appropriate advice regarding formation of their respective company within agreed timeframes as appropriate;
- To act as a client contact point, taking instructions for incorporations, transfers, change of names and other associated products and services provided by the Company Formation Centre of Excellence;
- To proactively upsell additional services or quote higher banding prices as appropriate on all enquiries received into the unit;
- To review clients’ preliminary instructions and advise on the client due diligence requirements in accordance with the latest money laundering regulations and ICAEW procedures;
- To complete the appropriate take on form for all new cases where annual services are required, undertake appropriate KYC reports on the various parties and submit to the Senior Manager or Associate Director for review and sign off;
- To raise invoices for work performed, receiving funds in advance as and when required;
- To arrange for the notarisation and legalisation of documents where necessary;
- To arrange for other ad-hoc work as required by the client, including assistance in opening bank accounts, preparing powers of attorney, declarations, issuing membership certificates and preparing first board minute documentation;
- To pass completed and approved UK files to the London, Corporate Governance and Accounting Service departments for ongoing administration;
- To play an active role in developing customer relationships, including a Key Account Management programme, to participate in other marketing initiatives and to promote the services offered by Vistra UK and the wider Vistra Group generally.

**Relevant Experience**
- Previous background operating in a customer services orientated role with strong relationships with external customers;
- Ability to communicate with professional clients in an appropriate manner;
- Able to develop good working relationships with other business units and teams within a larger organisation.

**Education and Professional Qualifications**
- Educated to degree level - ideally Business or Law degree;
- Previous experience of working in a professional services environment - would be an advantage but not essential;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
