As Operations Associate you have the opportunity to join our company in our early stages. Its our ambition to grow and you can be part of that. You will work with all other members of the Balance Strategic Capital team – including the CEO, the founders, the board and our advisors. Everyone has a say in how the company is run and how we grow.

Role Overview :nWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support the Operations Manager and gradually take ownership of day-to-day tasks. You will have the opportunity to shape systems and processes, contributing to the growth and efficiency of Balance Strategic Capital.

You will be involved in a wide range of tasks, offering you a chance to learn and develop across different aspects of our operations. While you don’t need direct experience in all tasks, you must have a keen desire to learn, develop and adapt quickly. We are looking for a team player, but who can also work independently on tasks, confidently finding solutions and completing tasks before reporting back to the Operations Manager.

At Balance we all work collaboratively to support each other to drive the business forward. In your role you will also work closely with our Credit and Structuring team to support the work they do in bringing on new customers and looking after our existing ones.

This is an ideal position for someone seeking experience in a dynamic office environment who is eager to bring their skills to a start-up setting and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving workplace.

Key Responsibilities :n· Assist the Operations Manager with daily tasks and ongoing projectsn· Involvement in multiple aspects of our operations, such as finance, risk management, capital raise administration, HR, Governance and stakeholder liaisonn· Help create, manage and streamline operational processes to improve efficiencyn· Identify areas for improvement and implement new processesn· Handle administration duties such as scheduling, correspondence and documentationn· Support the preparation and analysis of financial reportsn· Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operational workflowsn· Apply your skills and take on new responsibilities as the company grows
