Senior Operations Associate

Gopuff is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Operations Associate to join our Operations team. As a key member of our Site leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring high operational standards at our MFCs to deliver timely and accurately for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team during the Night shift, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and setting a positive tone for the team.
  • Pick and pack items accurately on a per order basis for dispatch to customers, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Support Delivery Partners to ensure a slick delivery experience, resolving any issues promptly.
  • Resolve customer inquiries regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, providing excellent customer service.
  • Receive product from vendors, ensuring physical count matches purchase order/invoice, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Manage stock levels, minimizing out-of-stock products and ensuring compliance with operating standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
About You:
  • You have experience working in a restaurant, retail, or warehouse environment, with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
  • You are punctual, responsible, and honest, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • You are flexible and available to cover shifts Overnight (12am - 7am), with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
