A typical client is a relatively large corporation, with its group structure already established, covering multiple jurisdictions. The client requires assistance in ensuring its global group is and remains compliant with local laws. The focus is on companysecretarial, corporate compliance and other such non-fiscal entity compliance and governance.
The role will include liaising with local offices and relevant local service providers to ensure a smooth and efficient service to client. It is anticipated the GEG team will be a centre of excellence for entity management, creating best in class operationalefficiency. This role is integral to its success.
- Gaining experience in governance and company secretarial matters to help provide a best in class service
- Building the relationships with stakeholders, within clients, and the general network and service providers to ensure right first time, optimum service delivery at optimal price
- Support with onboarding and KYC/AML obligations for new clients
- Learning collaboration and influencing skills to create a dynamic environment of growth from existing clients and attracting new clients

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Being part of a team helping to manage ongoing contractual relationships to clients for Global Entity Management.
- Helping to deliver of contracted services to clients to ensure that SLAs as defined in the relevant contracts are met or exceeded.
- Ensure all work performed is invoiced on time and in line with client contracts.
- Helping to grow awareness of Global Entity Management as a service line.
- Tracking service provider costs incurred for agreed client services and ensuring alignment with the companies agreements,

- Self-confident, with excellent communication and client management skills.
- Customer service oriented, gaining trust with clients and with a passion for consistently exceeding client expectations.
- Ability to spot changes to process to improve service delivery to clients and improve profitability from the services provided.
