**What you'll be doing**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Use experience in recruiting and talent acquisition to develop recruitment strategies that generate talent pools, based on current and future hiring needs
- Develop and coach Line Managers to improve their skills in respect of attraction and retention practices
- Ensure high performance and top talent in all teams nationally by developing relationships with key stakeholders to create a strong partnership beyond transactional activities
- With assistance from the People Services Administrator, manage the full recruitment process for all roles including successful on-boarding, and effective induction and probation in line with Company processes and procedures
- Oversee the People Services Administrator who is focused on the training, learning, and development functions of the People Services department**:

- Develop talent strategies that support Stonbury's commitment to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, ensuring policies, procedures, and external accreditations are maintained and adhered to
- Provide support and deputise for the Head of People Services by assisting with activities such as the Performance and Development Review (PDR) process, engagement survey activities, company meeting presentations, and employee relations caseload management

**Who we're looking for**

We are looking for that blend of practical working knowledge with academic understanding that can deliver with impact. You should have experience of moulding and delivering talent strategy in a rapidly changing environment, but also have the HR generalistknowledge necessary to step in and deputise when required.

We are looking for someone with excellent communications skills. Someone who is approachable and helpful; a forward-thinking innovator who is not afraid to challenge the status quo. You should have a genuine passion for setting people for success. Whereyou see a challenge, you will be the type of character who gets involved and sees it through to a desirable outcome. CIPD Intermediate or Advanced is essential.
