**What you'll be doing**:
The Training Co-ordinator is responsible for scheduling, tracking, and reporting on all skills training and compliance using learning management systems (LMS) (GROW and Excel). Attention to detail and good communication skills are key, as this post will be involved in developing and maintaining local training plans in collaboration with the Learning & Development Business Partner.

**Some of the responsibilities include**:

- Schedules, tracks and reports on training enrolment and compliance using a LMS (i.e. GROW and Excel).
- Collaborates with Shift Managers and Team Leaders to determine training needs and delivery.
- Coordinates scheduling, implementation, and logístical activities for training and administrative tasks through to completion.
- Maintains the training communication plan and distributes training announcements.
- Compiles training information into a cumulative spreadsheet for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate training from both internal and external sources to ensure legal and safety compliance.
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
- Development and refresher of manual handling skills.
- Host new and amended documents to support training delivery.
- **Maintain the matrix as audit ready for the site. Previous experience in a workplace training or factory role would be advantageous but isn't essential as we are open to considering people from other transferable backgrounds.**_

- Use equipment in accordance with training and instruction.
- Work within agreed food safety guidelines with specific reference to PRIDE.
- Monitoring of the budget with the Learning & Development Business Partner

**Other information**
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday - Friday _**but some weekend and night work will be required**_

**Salary**: £22,600.00-£24,168.67 per year
