Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
- Assist with clerical duties including typing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Support staff with administrative tasks as required
**Skills**:
- Use of Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Clerical skills including typing and document processing
- Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication
This job is to cover maternity leave initially, with potential for further work after 12 months
**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From £11.44 per hour
