**SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR**

**THE ROLE**
As our business expands, we’re looking to appoint a Senior Administrator to assist our dynamic Design and Engineering department. The Senior Administrator will provide vital administrative support on a range of exciting projects, and the role can be filled on a full
**The role responsibilities include**:
- Tracking project resource and expenditure.
- Collating and presenting to data to support accounting, presentations and RFQs.
- Assisting with project status reporting and presentation.
- Assisting with coordination, planning, and scheduling of engineering, design, and workshop teams.
- Personal project to improve and streamline tracking and planning processes.
**WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
We’re looking to appoint a well organised individual with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
You should be able to work proactively and be capable of balancing busy and varied workloads in a time-sensitive environment - confidently reacting to changing priorities and deadlines.
You should possess good interpersonal and social skills and be able to progress tasks efficiently and professionally whilst exercising tact and discretion.
You should be an articulate, effective, and credible communicator - able to deal with a wide range of people in a courteous but assertive manner.
You should be able to work on your own initiative and make informed decisions, whilst also being able to collaborate and work successfully with others.
You should also have good computer skills and be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite as well as confident learning and using new computer-based platforms.
