**Receptionist/Administrator**

**My client is a reputable organisation, based in Belfast. Currently seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join their team.**

This is a Full-Time, permanent position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9am - 5.15pm

**Salary**: Negotiable dependent on experience

**Job Purpose**:
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative tasks and reception duties. Providing customer service to clients upon arrival.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Posses 5 GCSE’s at grade C or above, to include English Language (Copies of certificates will be required)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Good level of IT literacy
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Good telephone manner and be used to taking a high volume of calls daily
- Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload while working under pressure
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Ideally, have 2-3 years previous experience working in an office environment
- Word processing / RSA equivalent qualification
- Previous Company Secretary Work (not essential as training will be provided)
- Experience in Audio Typing

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Answering telephone
- Greeting clients and making tea/coffee
- Preparing conference rooms for meetings
- Arranging catering for lunchtime meetings when required
- Arranging appointments/maintaining diary
- Typing (letters, fees, reports memos etc)
- Photocopying
- Hand deliveries
- Maintaining filing system & storage lists
- Filing - for all staff
- Franking mail and posting same
- Making occasional travel arrangements
- Booking courses
- Any other duties as required from time to time
