MYM Recruitment are excited to be working with our new Belfast client who are one of Ireland’s fastest growing energy companies. They are currently looking for a motivated and passionate **Receptionist/Administrator **to join them on a full-time basis in their head office.

**Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to**:

- Meets and greets visitors on arrival to site giving appropriate on site passes and following company procedure in terms of visitors.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
- Answers in bound calls and handles calls appropriately
- Processes customers payments both in reception and over the phone
- Assists in handling general customer account queries
- Responsible for handling in-bound post by sorting and allocating to correct personnel
- Responsible for handling the administration for out bound post and having post ready for collection at the designated time
- Keep a safe and clean reception area.
- Assists with ad hoc duties as directed by finance manager

**Essential Criteria**:

- 5 GCSE’s including English and Maths
- Must have good communication skills and have experience in a customer facing role previous reception experience would be beneficial.
- Previous experience of maintaining a switchboard would be desirable but not essential as full training would be provided
- Strong customer focus and attention to detail.
- Proactive self
- motivated work ethic.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £19,000.00 per year
