**Merrion Business Centre Ltd **are looking for a full-time receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, reliable, and willing to learn. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with people and has a positive attitude.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Manage phone lines, greet visitors
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Manage office equipment
- Manage daily calendars and schedules
- Assist with scheduling appointments
- Maintain office cleanliness and orderliness
- Provide general support to visitors, callers, or other visitors as needed
- Perform receptionist duties (i.e., filing, answering phones, ordering office supplies, check in deliveries, sort mail for the tenants)
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties as needed

**Requirements**:

- Must have a two years previous experience in a similar role.
- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision. Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Must be able to work efficiently under pressure. Must be able to work under mínimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Knowledge of answering a switchboard is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.

**Salary**: £21,749.00 per year

- Belfast, BT1 6PL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
