**Purpose of Role**

You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external queries. As part of the HR Admin team provide support, predominantly on projects HR Advisers specifically in relation to Subject Access Requests (SARs). Play an integral role in the administration and smooth running of the release of information processes.

Support the HR Admin team with other administrative activities across the full employment lifecycle when required.

**Key Aspects of the Role**
- Subject Access Requests (SAR) - collating, logging, and processing SARs including redacting information and preparing files for HR Business Partners/HR Director approval.
- Recruitment - production of offer letters and contracts of employment, coordinating and booking induction meetings, producing induction schedules, and liaising with all appropriate departments in preparation for new joiners.
- Pre-employment and bi-annual screening checks - working with our third-party provider to ensure all pre-employment checks are conducted for new joiners and supporting the HR Business Partners and Advisers with screening checks for current workforce to meet our legal, regulatory and clients’ requirements.
- Contract variation letters - producing letters to confirm changes to terms and conditions of employment
- Probationary periods - producing letters to confirm or extend probationary periods, capturing this information on to the People Manager system.
- HR system - maintaining the HR database to include inputting new joiners, contractual amendments, change of details, annual leave requests, recording of sickness absences and other leave.

**Skills and Attributes**
- Experience working in an administrative role ideally
- within a regulated environment.
- Experience with HR procedures
- Experience juggling various administrative tasks in a timely manner
- Previous experience maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
