Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office administrator to join our growing team.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our legal team.
**Responsibilities:
- **
Prepare and post legal documents to our clients.
Organise and maintain legal files and documents
Keep the client appraised of all case updates
Keep accurate records of conversations and attach documentation to the case management system
General administration duties, such as but not limited to, loading new referrals, sending out copy invoices, updating Files/ spreadsheets, archiving files.
**Skills / Experience Requirements:
- **
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a administrative role - knowledge of the legal process preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work well as part of a team
Attention to detail is a must.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year
