A busy Mechanical & Electrical Contractors based in Basildon Essex, seeking a full time Office Manager to provide efficient and effective day-to-day office support.
Duties includes:
- Reception - Answering calls, greeting guests & sending out daily post
- Ordering stationery & canteen supplies for two offices and sites
- Ad Hoc Reception duties - Filing, Scanning, printing, laminating, binding
- Typing up, formatting & proof reading quotations and letters
- Typing up Test Certificates
- Managing the Apprentices & liaising with training provider
- Editing presentations for meetings
- Managing the company fleet - tax, insurance, repairs, MOT, mileage logs, new vehicle purchases etc
- Managing general office maintenance - Cleaning contracts, decoration of office etc.
- Managing all staff holidays, sickness & days off
- Send out starter packs, welcoming new staff & updating employee start date list
- Preparing Health & Safety documents for sites
- Managing, updating and maintaining security clearances for sites
- Collating timesheets for signing off
