I am currently working with a High End Property Consultant who is offering an incredible opportunity for a Sales Manager to come in and run a new office in the South West London property market.

**Main Tasks**
- Be able to bring on new business as well as handle your own portfolio of clients
- Provide leadership and direction to the Residential Sales Department as well as being a positive influence on the team
- Actively identify new marketing and business development opportunities.
- Hold daily, weekly and monthly meetings with the team to identify and achieve key objectives,
- Provide a high level of efficiency and customer service to all clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in Residential Property Sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- IT literate and comfortable with databases and relevant software
- Maximise cross-selling opportunities

**SALARY**: £40,000-£50,000 basic - 18 month Guarantee.

**HOURS**: Monday-Friday 8.30am-6.00pm - 1 in 4 Saturdays
