Independent Mortgage Associates, based in the Old Town, Hemel Hempstead, are looking to recruit a part-time administrator.

This is for a part-time position 10.00am to 2.00pm Monday to Friday.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meeting and greeting clients.
- General office administration, such as filing, photocopying & data input
- Booking client appointments.
- Liaising with clients, lenders and providers

**Skills and Experience Required**:
Minimum of 4 GCSE’s including Maths and English

Ability to prioritise and resolve problems quickly and efficiently

Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral

Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service

A team player with ability to use own initiative

It is essential that you are accurate, numerate and have an eye for detail

You need to a conscientious approach and be able to work under pressure with minimum supervision

Computer literate

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
