**Talent Acquisition Partner**

Are you an experienced Internal Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner looking for a fresh challenge within a forward thinking and innovative business?

H2 Consultancy are collaborating with a market leading contract-led business based in **Newcastle under Lyme** who are continuing to expand rapidly. Private Equity backed, they are driven, ambitious and eager to create a best-in-class HR Department.

As part of the brand-new People Team, you will be working closely with the Head of People to provide support and development to department managers and their teams that perform a variety of field, operational, and office-based responsibilities across thebusiness.

In this newly created role as a **Talent Acquisition Partner,** you will focus on all elements of recruitment and talent management, from attraction and selection, to onboarding and retention. You will be working closely with Hiring Managerscreating a pipeline of top talent as part of a robust and consistent talent management strategy.

Main responsibilities of the role will include:

- Identifying future talent needs across the Group and working with Hiring Managers to attract the best talent in the industry.
- Working with Marketing to manage our Employer Value Proposition in the market and managing externally facing Careers accounts.
- Coaching and upskilling Hiring Managers on Talent Management and introducing a robust talent and onboarding strategy
- Attracting the future skills in the industry, paving the way for new intake of Graduates and Apprentices
- Measure, monitor and manage the recruitment processes from end-to-end

**Experience Required**
- Proven experience in a similar, ideally with experience in the construction or manufacturing sectors and working with remote and operational teams.
- Great communicator with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with internal stakeholders.
- Have a systematic and thorough approach to planning and organising workload
- Experience of working with an Applicant Tracking System.
