**Human Resources Business Partner**

This role is crucial to the continued growth of Scott Logic over the coming years, we are actively seeking an experienced and driven Human Resources Business Partner to work out of two individual locations. This role will be utilized by the C - Suit and Head of consultancies in the relevant office to ensure best practices and policies are at the heart of our process.

This individual will not only be working directly with the Head of Consultancy for the respective offices but will be there to help shape, drive, and deliver on Human Resources Business practice. We are looking for someone to work with us, give us direction and help guide us through these exciting times.

The primary office location will be Newcastle with travel to Edinburgh ad hoc.

**The individual will**:
Be responsible for proactively owning strategic relationships with the Regional Leaders

Feed into the continual review of tactical and strategic plans to ensure Scott Logic achieves and sustains a great place to work

Acts as a trusted advisor to the business, Regional and Functional leaders

Translates strategic plans into critical talent actions, programmes and initiatives through project and change management programmes

Leverages a data driven approach to inform and drive decision making

Coaches leaders and Line Managers on leadership and Talent issues

Works collaboratively with Talent Leaders - Shared Service, D&I and L&D

Keeps abreast of industry, market and functional trends, leverage these insights to develop functional Talent solutions.
