**A Snapshot of Your Day**

Come join our growing Talent Attraction Team We are a relatively new function looking to take our employer brand and recruitment marketing activities to the next level. As a Talent Attraction Intern, you will play a critical role in enhancing our company's reputation as an employer of choice and attracting top talent through the creation of compelling social campaigns and engaging visual assets. This is a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in employer branding and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

The day-to-day of this position will vary which keeps it exciting In this role, you will be responsible for creating assets, developing social copy that infuses our employer brand messaging, and identifying social and brand engagement opportunities.

This position is remote but must be able to work across different time zones. Please note this is a part time position (15-20 hours per week).

**How You will Make an Impact**
- Play a key part in the organization as we work to position Siemens Energy as an employer of choice.
- Utilize your strong design skills and proficiency in Photoshop and the Adobe Suite to produce visually appealing and impactful assets, such as graphics, videos, infographics, and other multimedia content for various social media platforms.
- Craft compelling and engaging copy for social media posts, blogs, articles, and other employer brand-related content. Ensure that the messaging aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, HR, and Talent Acquisition, to gather insights and information needed for campaign development.

**What You Bring**
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.) to create visually appealing assets.
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Sprinklr or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of employer branding and talent acquisition principles.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A portfolio or samples showcasing your design and writing skills would be a plus.
