**About the Role**

We are recruiting a Project Coordinator to join us on a 12 month contract to support the delivery of the Vet Group Projects Programme. You will provide support to the Project Manager to deliver projects to the highest standards, ensure full compliance and budgets are met. You will also coordinate with the placement of orders, delivery of Vet equipment and processing invoices.

You will be leading our JVP’s (Joint Venture Partners) through the project process, ensuring they are fully engaged and informed throughout. You should therefore have excellent communication skills, as well as having working knowledge of Microsoft packages.

**The role will require extensive travel across the south of the country.**

**Key Responsibilities but not limited to**
- Make initial contact with JVP(s) for introduction purposes, maintain contact throughout the project and be available for consult with the JVP(s) as and when required
- Agree surgery layouts to ensure they comply with good working practice and brand standards
- Agree equipment levels and specifications with JVP(s)
- Place all equipment orders ensuring that delivery is in line with specified project timeline
- Ensure all equipment items have been received and the surgery is fully equipped for the scheduled launch date
- Provide JVP(s) with their launch week schedule to include any rep visits and training. Include any hard copies of certificates for the surgery to retain e.g. VPIS registration/HSE IRR6 notification
- Process all invoices relating to the surgery project in a timely manner, log invoices as received on the relevant project packs
- Undertake ad-hoc requests by line manager to meet business needs
- Attend pre-start meeting and scheduled site visits in order to monitor progression of projects and maintain a strong working relationship with Project Managers
- Projects will be required to be delivered throughout UK

**About You**
- Must be highly organised and able to work to strict deadlines with excellent time management skills
- A high level of competence in cost management, budget adherence and presentation skills
- A full understanding of building plans and operational surgery layouts and architectural design
- A good all round knowledge of CDM and associated Health and Safety legislation
- A passion for detail and quality, ensuring excellence in all aspects of work
- A determination to deliver great customer service
- Be a committed team player whilst also being self-motivated and able to operate remotely
