Our beautiful home in Kendal can accommodate up to 3 young people from the ages of 4 up.

We're looking for full-time innovative support workers to enrich the lives of looked after children.

**The Role**:
**This is a full time role, including sleeps per week. Our full time staff work 3 days in 7.**

As a team, we support our children with care, education & therapy, and you'll ensure high levels of emotional and physical care are planned, provided, and applied in accordance with the home's procedures and strategies. Therefore we need you to be organised, motivated and good team player.

You'll want the best outcomes for our children, and you'll have emotional sustainability, sound partnership practices, solid verbal & written communication skills and you'll be able to build meaningful relationships to help them achieve targets. You'll be passionate and committed to develop the children in our home.

**Our salary range depends on experience and sleep in shifts.**

Our homes are rural; therefore having access to your own vehicle is advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,854.80-£33,181.20 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
- Support Environment: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NVQ Level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)

Work Location: In person
